What it does

Formulated at nonstripping pH levels, Juju Bar and Pekee Bar™ easily remove grime and makeup from the day and are appropriate for all skin.

Pekee Bar™ is a gentle multitasking bar that clarifies, balances, and moisturizes while removing pore-clogging surface debris, impurities, and excess oil.

Juju Bar is an ultra-mild multitasking bar that deeply cleanses and subtly exfoliates. 

Plus, the bright, durable case makes them perfect for travel, which, by the way, they love to do.

What else to know

Unlike soap, which has a pH level of 9 or above, Juju Bar and Pekee Bar™ are totally free of fragrance and soap and are formulated with skin-friendly ingredients designed to cleanse and soothe the skin.

Juju Bar has a pH of 6.3 and Pekee Bar™ has a pH of 6.5 to ensure sufficient cleansing without drying or stripping the skin of its protective barrier.

100% free of essential oils, silicones, and fragrance. Cruelty-free.

How to use

Wet Pekee Bar™ and lather until creamy. With your hands, massage over face, neck, and chest. Rinse well with warm water and pat dry.

Yes, we are bars. And yes, we cleanse the skin. But please do not call us soap. Soap is the stuff that smells like fake flowers and has a pH of 9 or higher, which strips the acid mantle and leaves skin dry and “squeaky.” (Skincare 101: Squeaky skin is not a good thing.)

Letter from the Founder Intro

A Note

When I started making bars, people thought bars were soap. I wanted to get rid of that stigma. Bar soap is drying and stripping and incredibly irritating to the skin, so it was exciting to show people that a bar could be a cleanser without being a soap. And you still get all the benefits of a bar—easy to have around, less plastic packaging, super easy to travel with.
